Abstract

In Indonesia has developed. Developments in Indonesia one of which impact on the development process. This development not only in large-scale development also encompasses small scales. There are two kinds of an instrument for mixing concrete that is portable a mixer truck a mixer and concrete. But development on a small scale does not require concrete a mixer truck, due to a mixer truck rental instrument are expensive and it is difficult to reach out to an area that has the narrow way. It is therefore for the construction of a small scale needed portable concrete a mixer But the construction of a small scale does not require a concrete mixer truck. A concrete mixer is a tool used for ready-mix concrete knead the dough so that the dough can be mixed evenly. This tool not only to facilitate human work and also these tools shorten time jobs, but for the cost of rental equipment is quite expensive and difficult to use this tool to reach into locations that do not have electricity. The portable concrete mixer which is often found to still have flaws. For example, there is a problem such as not mixed at all the composition of the concrete, resulting in a less homogeneous quality of the concrete. Design concrete mixer tool is the result of the addition of an item of analysis and user survey tool concrete mixer. The addition of this tool streak on the bar blades in a vat which to accelerate the process of mixing concrete. Then the transmission system is used pulleys and belts V pulleys used are two of the first pulley diameter of 40 mm and two 400 mm pulley. uses then the motor power is 1 Hp at 1400 rpm speed. Design tool is used with the aim to increase the speed of production of concrete and can be used in areas that lack of electricity and fuel. And this tool is also designed to be used manually
