Abstract

This research aims to analyse and test the impact of operational audits and internal controls on the effectiveness of the hospital's hospitalization service. The population in this study is all employees who belong to the hospital hospitalization service of 89 people. The population was selected to sample the research of 89 people, The results of this research proved that simultaneously showed that the implementation of operational audits and internal control together has a significant influence on the effectiveness of inpatient health services.
