Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan Etilen Oksida kapasitas 120.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan untuk didirikan pada tahun 2022 berlokasi di Kabupaten Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan dengan luas area 5 ha. Proses pembuatan Etilen Oksida mengacu pada US Patent No. 2016/9260366 B2. Reaksi berlangsung di Multitubular Reaktor dengan temperatur 350oC dengan tekanan 10 atm. Pabrik ini merupakan perusahaan yang berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line and staff, yang dipimpin oleh seorang direktur dengan jumlah karyawan 161 orang. Pabrik pembuatan Etilen Oksida ini layak didirikan karena telah memenuhi persyaratan parameter ekonomi sebagai berikut:  Investasi (TCI) = US $ 30,812,840.7048  Hasil Penjualan per tahun = US $ 261,866,844.3840  Biaya produksi per tahun = US $ 173,589,856.5626  Laba bersih per tahun (ACF) = US $ 68,859,186.0451  Pay Out Time = 2 tahun  Rate of Return on investment = 88,82 %  Discounted Cash Flow –ROR = 95,92 %  Break Even Point = 31,8480 %  Service Life = 11 tahun
