Abstract

This research was review about Social Relation Between Balinese, Javanese and Rambang tribe in Air Enau Distric of Rambang Dangku Muara Enim. In Air Enau exist a grouping society based by ethnicity such as, Javanese ethnic and Balinese ethnic of rambang as the indigene. For sure that will influence ethnically relation. Purpose of this research was aimed to discover about social relation form that occur at grouping ethnic society of Balinese, Javanese and ethnic of rambang. This study using a qualitative descriptive as research method Data were collecting in form of observation, interviews and documentation. This study using theory of social relation from Spradley and McCurdy concerning about associative and dissociative social relation. Result of this research shown social relationship form that occured in grouping society was a associative social relation in form of teamwork, mutual coorporation in social economic, and culture sector, also assimilation and alcculturation between Balinese, Javanese and ethnic of rambang. Other than that there was a difference and competition amongst those ethnic.
