Abstract

The research examines the implementation of the LPG 3 kg distribution supervision, by the service of small and medium enterprises cooperatives industry and trade, batanghari regency in 2017. This research is motivated by the problems related to the distribution of the LPG 3 kg in batanghari regency. The problem was, majority of the citizen which have the right to get the LPG 3 kg, yet face difficulties in getting it. The purpose of this study/research is to determine of how the implementation of the LPG 3 kg distribution supervision, the service of small and medium enterprises cooperatives industry and trade, batanghari regency, 2017. The theory used in this study is siagian, p.sondang theory, effective supervision that consists reflection of activities, deviation detection, objectivity, efficiency, understanding of the system by all parties, to seek incorrect things, and guiding. This research/study used a qualitative method, using data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, observations, and documentations. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the LPG 3 kg distribution supervision, the service of small and medium enterprises cooperatives industry and trade in batanghari regency 2017, in carrying out its main duties and functions as an agency that supervised the distribution of the LPG 3 kg turned out to be ineffective. It is proven by the fact that there are still indicators of research/study that have not been achieved. With the result that, the following/the subsequent distribution supervision is expected to be able to reach every indicator that becomes a measure of the effectiveness of supervision activities.
