Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Intellectual Capital terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan perbankan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Pulic (VAICTM) dalam mengukur kinerja intellectual Capital yakni secara per komponen-Human Capital Efficiency, Structural Capital Efficiency , Capital Employed Efficiency, baik secara agregat-Value Added Intellectual Coefficient sendiri sebagai variabel independen serta ROA yang merupakan proksi dari kinerja keuangan sebagai variable dependen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling untuk menentukan sampel penelitian yang akan diteliti. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 12 perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2010-2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara komponen Human Capital Efficiency, Structural Capital Efficiency , Capital Employed Efficiency dan Value Added Intellectual Coefficient terhadap ROA. Akan tetapi, jika pengukuran dilakukan terhadap komponen-komponen VAICTM maka hanya komponen Structural Capital Efficiency , Capital Employed Efficiency dan Value Added Intellectual Coefficient yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA.
