Abstract

The aim of the research was study Physical Quality Evaluation of Hymenachae Amplexicaulis biscuit with various level of Neptunia oleracea Lour. The research was held from September until November 2015 in Animal feed and nutrition, Departement of Animal Science, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. Completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 4 replication, were employed as follows : P0 (control), P1(10% Neptunia oleracea Lour), P2 (20% Neptunia oleracea Lour), P3 (30% Neptunia oleracea Lour). Density, Spesific weight, stacking angle and water absorb ability were observed as parameter. The result showed that all treatments were significantly affect density and specific weight, and were not affect the stacking angle and water absorb ability significantly. Treatment with 10% Neptunia oleracea Lour has the best result based on density, specific weight, stacking angle and water absorb ability value (0,33 g/cm3, 1,51 g/ml, 26,96o and 88,21% respectively).
