Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the feeding value of fattening ration by variaous incubation period in sacco. This research was conducted in Animal Feed and Nutrition Laboratory, Agriculture Faculty, Sriwijaya University from July to September 2015. Two treatment and 3 replication were applied on this research by using T-Test statistical method. Ration were composed by oil palm frond, solid decanten and palm press fiber. The parameters observed were Dry Matter Degradation (DBK), Organic Matter Degradation (DBO) and Crude fiber degradation (DSK). The result showed that the highest DBK and DBO within 6 hours of incubation time was oil palm TMR 2 (28,41% and 39,96%), while incubation time 12 hours was oil palm TMR 1 (30,04% and 30,12%). Highest crude fiber degradation on hours was TMR 1 (0,06%) as well as on this 12 hours (0,02%).
