Abstract
International arbitration is the answer to resolving disputes in an increasingly global economywhere transactions appear to take place in a borderless environment until disputes threaten the efficiency of world trade. "e tension that exists between a foreign trader or investor and a local court to whom he must submit his dispute cannot be understated, be it a different incomprehensible language or a peculiar legal system.
