Abstract

Bandung Book Center is a company that sells educational products, especially various stationery and school books and universities. Bandung Book Center is increasingly difficult to develop. Nowadays social media is used by various groups ranging from teenagers to the elderly. Because it is expected to use social media that can improve employee performance and customer satisfaction. This research is designed to build a system based on customer relationship management with a dynamic framework method. this system can be used by staff or staff of the Bandung Book Center
