Abstract

Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang efek teratogenik ekstrak nanas muda (Anqnng rnty,nerte { ) tfife*) tqrherl2p keqaqatan fghrs rneneit Mcfode )/ar1g digunakan adalah metode eksperimen rancangan acak lengkap dengan ulangan tak sama- Perlakuan terdiri dari kontrol (0 mg/0,1 ml aquadesUlO g BB), Pl (0,02 mg/0,1 r-r-r-r1 4^-Y--u^cl^u^vLJlu1 Ar u - nD\ ha //\ t\A ----lA i --^1 ^ ^--^)^-tl1n - nn\ -J^-- na ln r\O ---_tt\ 1 5 uD)) L 4 \vrwT urts/url rur 4yu4uvJl/ aw 5 DD), vul r J \vrvo ua6/urt ml aquadesVl0 g BB). Perlakuan diberikan pada hari kebuntingan ke-6 sampai ke-15. Hari kebuntingan ke-18 mencit dibedah, diamati penampilan reproduksinya, dan oibuat preparat tetus mencit. nrek teratogen erstrak nanas mucia menyebabkan kelainan internal yang meliputi penurunan berat badan fetus, ektopik ginjal kanan, ventrikel kanan membesar, ventrikel kiri membesar dan jantung globular pada P1, P2 dan P3, sedangkan pada P0 tidak terjadi kelainan apapun setelah dilakukan analisis sidik ragam. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak nanas muda memiliki efek teratogen terhadap einial dan iantung fetus mencit. Hasil penelitian ini disumbangkan untuk pembelajaran biologi di SMA kelas X pada Kompetcnsi Dasar 3.7 Menerapkan prinsip klasifikasi untuk menggolongkan tumbuhan ke dalam divisio berdasarkan pttgzoztzn nlrt''logi 4zl cttagenesis tr-tmbr-tbal serta rnencqltltqn na*rnrn,r/' dalam kelangsungan kehidupan di bumi.
