Abstract

Data mining is a process to extract information from a set of data, not the exception of the data in the field bioinformatics. Classification technique which is one of the techniques extract information in data mining, have been much help in finding information to make an accurate prediction. Many of the techniques of research in the field of classification bioinformatics was done. Research has been the development of methods in the introduction to classify the data pattern in the field bioinformatics. Classification methods such as Analysis Discriminant, K-Nearest-neighbor Classifiers, Bayesian classifiers, Support Vector Machine, Ensemble Methods, Kernel-based methods, and linier programming, has been a lot of experience in the development of the output by researchers to obtain more accurate results in the input of the data.
