Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan phosgene kapasitas 50.000 ton/tahun direncanakan berdiri di Cilegon, Banten yang diperkirakan memiliki luas area sebesar 4,5 Ha. Proses pembuatan phosgene menggunakan reator tipe multi tubular fixed bed. Pabrik pembuatan phosgene ini berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) yang dipimpin oleh Direktur Utama. Sistem organisasi perusahaan ini adalah line and staff dengan jumlah karyawan pabrik sebanyak 102 orang. Pabrik pembuatan phosgene layal didirikan karena telah memenuhi persyaratan parameter analisa ekonomi sebagai berikut: 1. Total Capital Investment = US $ 15.184.532,46 2. Selling Price per Year = US $ 90.956.079,74 3. Total Production Cost = US $ 74.106.847,49 4. Annual Cash Flow = US $ 11.875.434,93 5. Pay Out time = 1,69 tahun 6. Rate of Return = 72,13% 7. Discounted Cash Flow = 36,86% 8. Break Even Point = 34,70% 9. Service Life = 11 tahun
