Abstract

A ring is regular rings if for every there is such that . The set of all square matrices ( ) is the ring to the matrix addition and matrix multiplication. This research aims to observe regular ring having stable range one characteristic in the set of square matrices. From this research it is found that the set of square matrices ( ) is a regular ring if ( ) for every ( ). From research of the regular ring ( ) having stable range one characteristic, it is found that the set ( ) is stable range one if every entries on the main diagonal of the matrix of sum and multiplication in the form of are not zero, with and is square matrix that has special form, it is diagonal matrix, upper triangular matrix and lower triangular matrix.
