Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai penerapan model Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) terhadap aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi sistem ekskresi kelas VIII SMP Srijaya Negara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre experimental dengan One group pretest-posttes Design. Penentuan sampel penelitian menggunakan Random Sampling Sehingga terpilih kelas VIIIA. Instrumen hasil belajar berupa soal tes pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 soal dan instrumen aktivitas peserta didik berupa lembar observasi. Kedua instrumen dilakukan uji validasi dan dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Data hasil belajar diuji dengan t-test melalui software SPSS 23. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Two Stay Two Stray berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar (Sig. 0,000). Rata-rata nilai hasil belajar tes peserta didik pada tes akhir lebih besar (82,90) dibandingkan dengan tes awal (39,54) dengan nilai niai gain 43,68 dan n-gain 0,72 kategori tinggi.
