Abstract

MadiraKayuagung Clinic is a health clinic that serves medical services for patients who still use registration services manually for patients. So that there is a decrease in the level of service for patients. In an effort to improve service to patients, customer relationships are implemented with web-based frame work of dynamic methods. In Process Service at the madira clinic web-based frame work of dynamic method is built on the method of developing the waterfall system according to Sommerville (2011) with Context Diagram notation, DFD, ERD, and the programming language is PHP and MySQL as DBMS. The results of the analysis carried out, customer relationship management with the web-based frame work of dynamic method have several advantages, including patients being involved in web development by asking patients directly about the shortcomings that are felt when implementing the old system that is not web-based. provide information about the clinic, including doctor's schedule, estimated length of waiting, and can ask questions with the madira clinic admin. In addition, this system also produces several reports including doctor list reports, drug list reports, medical action list reports, patient list reports, medical record list reports, and payment reports making it easier for owners to conduct evaluations to improve subsequent services.
