Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the satisfaction of the student in giving the service of specialization election of the ten grade students of SMA Negeri 6 Palembang and to find out the difference of the satisfaction of students X MIA dan IIS in giving the service of specialization election. .The data were collected by using Guttman. The result conclude that the students satisfied in giving the service of specialization election in general. A satisfaction in giving service of specialization election heve beeb felt similar both of students of MIA and IIS. This means that the service of specialization election which is given by students of X MIA and students of IIS is similar.
