Abstract

This research discusses about the planning and control of the supply of bottled drinking water cartons (AMDK). One model that the optimal number of orders and when orders are made. The total inventory cost based on company policy is is Rp 5,787,617,107,00/ year. The results showed that the continuous review system back order inventory control model had a minimum total inventory cost of Rp 5,785,666,284,00/ year with the optimal number of orders (Q) is 759 binds each time the message and reorder level (r) are 1001 binds.
