Abstract

The purpose of this research were : (1) To calculate the production cost and revenue of vegetables farming in Sukapindah Village, Tanjung Raja Subdistrict, Ogan Ilir Regency, (2) To analyze financial feasibility of vegetables farming in Sukapindah Village, Tanjung Raja Subdistrict, Ogan Ilir Regency, (3) To analyze variables that are sensitive to changes that affect the feasibility of vegetables faming in Sukapindah Village, Tanjung Raja Subdistrict, Ogan Ilir Regency,. Implementation of data collection in the field took place in June till Agust 2016 in Sukapindah Village of Tanjung Raja, Ogan Ilir. The location was chosen purposively. The research method in this research is a survey method. The sampling method used in this research is the method of simple random sampling taken as many as 30 farmers of the sample population by 42 farmers. Primary datas are obtained from direct interview and secondary datas are obtained from some literature abd source related to the this research. The result of research showed the average production cost of vegetable farm are Rp2.552.615,64 for vegetable gourd, Rp2.049.500,99 for string bean, Rp2.166.991,67 for cucumber and Rp3.241.146,67 for bitter melon and for average revenue was Rp10.812.231,58 per hectare for vegetable gourd, Rp8.429.311,59 per hectare for string bean, Rp7.891.341,66 per hectare for cucumber and Rp7.000.408,89 per hectare for bitter melon. Based on counting result of agriculture financial feasibility analysis, each vegetable get NPV value is Rp3.582.640,03 for vegetable gourd, Rp2.377.182,67 for cucumber, Rp1.048.668,02 for string bean and Rp546.029,75 for bitter melon, which the NPV was positive, its mean that this farms is feasible. The results of data analysis using sensitivity test calculations there is that the most sensitive variable to price change of output such as 9 percent for vegetable gourd, 8 percent for cucumber, 4 percent for string bean, and 3 percent for bitter melon because demand for vegetables down.
