Abstract

This study aims to measure the performance of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri as one of the Islamic banking in Indonesia by using 4 balanced scorecard perspectives that cover both financial and non-financial aspects. This research measures performance for 2015 to 2017. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative-qualitative. The population in this study are employees and customers where sampling uses purposive sampling. The measurement of non-financial aspects will affect the outcome of the financial aspects. The measurement results on a non-financial perspective show sufficient value for the performance of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri so that the company's financial perspective is in sufficient criteria according to BI standards.
