Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembe-lajaran contextual teaching and learning terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas III SDN 24 Palembang. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Pre-Experimental Designs dengan jenis One group Pretest-Posttest Design. Peng-ambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 28 siswa kelas eksperimen. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes berbentuk pilihan ganda sebanyak 32 soal dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji prasyarat an-alisis data pretest dan posttest data tersebut berdistribusi normal. Hasil perhitung-an uji hipotesis menunjukan nilai thitung = 5,98 sedangkan ttabel = 2,05. Nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (5,98 ˃ 2,05), sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model pembe-lajaran contextual teaching and learning pada materi energi dan perubahannya terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas III SDN 24 Palembang.
