Abstract

LatarzBelakang. Retinopati diabetik merupakan kelainan mata pada penderita diabetes melitus akibat kerusakan kapiler retina yang menyebabkan penurunan tajam pengelihatan hingga menyebabkan kebutaan. Salah satu intervensi farmakologi yang dilakuka untuk mencegah kebutaan adalah dengan serial injeksi intravitreal anti Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) yang banyak di gunakan pada penderita retinopati diabetik di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang Metode. observasional analitik dengan desain longitudinal kohort retrospektif (before and after measurement) yang menggunakan data sekunder dari rekam medik untuk melihat signifikansi perubahan tajam penglihatan sebelum dan sesudah terapi pada 44 sampel menggunakan analisis Wilcoxon . Hasil. berdasarkan uji analisis Wilcoxon dari 44 sampel terdapat perubahan yang signifikan antara tajam penglihatan sebelum terapi dan tajam penglihatan sesudah terapi (p<0.05). Kesimpulan. Terdapat perubahan yang signifikan antara tajam penglihatan sebelum dan sesudah terapi serial injeksi intravitreal anti VEGF pada pasien retinopati diabetik.
