Abstract

Background: Normal pregnancy is desire for every pregnancy woman. During normal pregnancy, almost all of organ systems are changing in anatomical and physiological aspect. One of its manifestations is urinate disturbance like inability to hold in urine producing. Urinary incontinence incidency in pregnancy woman has variety in percentage and this problem is still known yet in medical personnel and society. Thus, the purpose from this study is expected medical personnel and society know about urinary incontinence incidency is a normal incidency finding in pregnancy period, the most obtained of urinary incontinence type in pregnancy and also to know about pregnant woman’s profile with urinary incontinence. Method: The study type is descriptive observational study with cross sectional design. Data obtained by filling the questionnaire QUID to diagnose urinary incontinence, pregnant woman profile containing information about profile in pregnant woman with urinary incontinence and screening the urinary tract infection in pregnancy by urine examination in laboratorium. Data obtained from 200 pregnant woman as respondent, 79 preganant woman is diagnosed as urinary incontinence. Result: The result from this study show from 79 pregnant woman with urinary incontinence, urinary incontinence type stress is the most obtained is 32 people (40,5%). Age 20-29 is dominant age in pregnant woman is 63 people (79,8%). Level of education in pregnant woman is the most obtained is SD/SMP/ as much 72 people (91,2%). Trimester 3 is the most obtained as much as 41 people (51,8%). High level economy is the most obtained in pregnant woman with urinary incontinence as much 39 people (49,4%). Multiparity is the most obtained as much 35 people (44,3%). Childbirth type which is the most obtained is by vaginal delivery 64 people (81,1%). Normal birth baby weight is the most obtained as much 61 people (77,2%). Conclussions: Incidance rate of pregnant woman with urinary incontinence getting antenatal care in all primary health care of Seberang Ulu 1 District 1 Palembang is still in the average range with multiparity and vaginal delivery is the most obtained profile.
