Abstract

Latar Belakang: Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS) merupakan kelompok penyakit kardiovaskuler yang terjadi akibat adanya sumbatan atau penyempitan arteri koroner oleh karena adanya aterosklerosis. Platelet-Lymphocyte Ratio dan C-Reactive Protein dapat meningkat karena terjadinya pembentukan trombus yang menyebabkan peningkatan kadar platelet dan memicu inflamasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan PLR dan CRP pada pasien STEMI dan NSTEMI di RSUP dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah studi analitik observational dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel adalah pasien STEMI dan NSTEMI di RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang bulan Januari-Juni 2019. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 182 data rekam medis. Hasil: Dari 182 data, 89 data merupakan pasien STEMI dan 93 data merupakan pasien NSTEMI. Pasien STEMI yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki 78 (88%) orang, perempuan 11(12%) orang. Jumlah pasien NSTEMI yang berjenis kelamin laki-laki 77 (83%) orang, perempuan 16 (17%) orang. Terdapat 1 pasien STEMI dan 2 pasien NSTEMI yang diperiksa CRP (< 5 mg/dL, < 5 mg/dL, dan 235 mg/dL berturut-turut). Hasil uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan tidak terdapat perbedaan PLR yang bermakna antara pasien STEMI dan NSTEMI (p value = 0,70). Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat perbedaan PLR yang signifikan pada pasien STEMI dan NSTEMI di RSUP dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang.
