Abstract

Malaria is the third highest disease occurring in poor districts with an API of 0.3o / oo in 2018 and the incidence of malaria is also susceptible to the existing climate in poor districts, making malaria incidence increasing. The purpose of this study is to know the trends of malaria based on climate in Lahat District 2014 - 2018. This study is an observational analytic study that uses ecological study design according to time. The type of data taken in this study is secondary data. The results showed a trend of increasing and decreasing incidence of malaria in Lahat district from January to December 2014-2018 generally differing each year and trends in air temperature, humidity, pressure, rainfall, wind speed and duration of sun exposure have increased and decreased. from 2014-2018. It was concluded that the rainfall variables in lahat district in 2014-2018 included high temperature and air temperature, humidity, wind speed and duration of solar radiation included in normal climatic conditions.
