The result of this research are the average working hours of farmers on organic rubber farming amounted to 306.22 HOK per year. While the average working hours of farmers on conventional rubber farming amounted to 266.87 HOK per year, there is a comparison of 79.35 HOK per year. Overall farmers on organic rubber farming devote more time working than when conventional rubber farming. The average production of rubber on conventional rubber farming on land size of 5640.00 Kg per year and the average production on hectare of 2146.07 Kg per year. While the average production of rubber on organis Rubber farming on land size of 6028.67 Kg per year and the average production on hectare of 2300.28 Kg per year. This difference is due to the organic rubber farming using organic fertilizer in the form of MOL which can increase the production of rubber. The average of farm income in conventional rubber earned by farmers on land size is Rp.43.551.751,39 per year or Rp. 16,534,106.29 per hectare per year, this value is smaller when compared with organic rubber farm income averaging for Rp.47.601.539,36 per land sized per year or Rp. 18,224,392.60 per hectare per year. This is because the rubber farming organic rubber production increased by an average of 388.67 kg per land sized per year or 154.75 kg per hectare per year. The largest average household expenditure farmers on conventional rubber farming is for non-food consumption is Rp. 22,755,100.00 / year subsequent food expenditure was ranked second in the amount of Rp.12.355.933,33 / year and the last is the savings in the amount of Rp. 8,440,718.06 / year. In organic rubber farming is also the largest expenditure for non-food consumption by Rp.22.849.600,00 / year. Followed by food consumption expenditure of Rp.13.496.583,33 / year and the last is for the savings is equal Rp.11.225.410,03 / year.
