Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the current ratio, debt to equity ratio, return on equity, earnings per share, and the exchange rate on stock prices in the food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The population of this study is all food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange during 2013-2017 which amounted to 18 companies. This study used a purposive sampling technique and produced a sample of 10 companies. This study uses secondary data obtained from financial reports issued by companies and multiple linear regression analysis methods as data analysis techniques. The results of the study show that only earnings per share (EPS) variables have a significant and positive effect on stock prices.
