Abstract

The objectives of this study were: (1) to identify the application of farmer life program in Srijaya Baru Village (2) to analyze income and the welfare level of farmers in Srijaya Baru Village (3) to analyze the success rate of the hydropower plant program in New Srijaya Village. This research was conducted at Srijaya Baru Village, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. Location selection is done purposively (purposive sampling). Data collection was conducted in October 2018 for the competition. The research method used in this study is the Survey Method. This study took 28 study samples. Determination of the number of samples used in this study is a disproportionate formula for Random Sampling of Stratification. The results showed that the level of welfare of rice farmers who worked on living crops in Srijaya Baru Village was included in the criteria for welfare level II while for income of Rp. 47,682,908. That factor a significant effect on the cost of rice farmers for living crops is land area, fertilizer costs, and labor costs, and factors that have no significant effect are seed costs, pesticide costs. Success rates in living plant programs for farmers are included in the criteria of success of three criteria, namely very successful, successful and unsuccessful in the Srijaya Baru Village
