Abstract

The Lithium Hydroxide Manufacturing Plant with a capacity of 25,000 tons / year is planned to be established in 2025 in Maja, Banten with an area of ​​5.67 Ha. The process of making lithium hydroxide refers to US Pat. 9,988,279 B2. The reaction takes place at the Continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) reactor, a temperature of 80oC and a pressure of 1 atm. To build and operate this plant a limited liability company (PT) will be established, led by a managing director. The company organization system chosen was line and staff with a total of 117 employees. This lithium hydroxide manufacturing plant is feasible because it has fulfilled the following economic parameter requirements: • Total Capital Investment (TCI): US $ 149,955,355.82 • Total Production Cost (TPC): US $ 145,510,908.34 • Selling Price (SP): US $ 1,049,608,988.70. • Annual Cash Flow (ACF): US $ 1,626,700,774.99 • Pay Out time: 2.16 years • Rate of return on investment: 48,0361% • Break Even Point: 34.281% • Service Life: 12 years
