Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of the physical work environment to employees' work motivation on PT Setia Perkasa Nusa Raya Palembang. The data of this research come in the form of primary data which is obtained from questionnaires. This study used census technique, where the entire population arc used as respondents. amounting to 40 people. The method used for this study is simple linear regression method The result showed that the physical work environment had a significant influenced to employees' work motivation on PT Setia Perkasa Nusa Raya Palembang. The company should pay attention and improve several things or physical work environment to increase employees' work motivation, such as lighting, air temperature and noise.
