Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya masyarakat dalam mempertahankan Program Kampung Iklim berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Negara Lingkungan Hidup Nomor 19 Tahun 2012 di Kelurahan 2 Ilir Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 6 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, wawancara dan observasi. Uji keabsahan data yang digunakan meliputi uji kredibilitas, uji transferabilitas, uji dependabilitas dan uji konfirmabilitas. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan pembahasan yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa strategi yang digunakan oleh masyarakat dalam mempertahankan Program Kampung Iklim berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Negara Lingkungan Hidup Nomor 19 Tahun 2012 meliputi upaya adaptasi terhadap kepedulian lingkungan, kelompok masyarakat serta dukungan keberlanjutan dan upaya mitigasi terhadap kepedulian lingkungan. Kata-kata kunci: Upaya Masyarakat, Program Kampung Iklim, Kelurahan 2 Ilir ABSTRACT This research aims to know the Community effort in maintaining the climate village Program based on regulation of the Minister of Environment, Number 19 year 2012 in Village 2 Ilir Palembang City. The study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informant in this study amounted to 6 people. The data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews and observations. The validity tests of the data used include credibility testing, transferability test, dependability Test and confirmability test. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and withdrawal of conclusions. Based on the results of data analysis and previous discussion, it can be concluded that the strategy used by the community in maintaining the climate village Program based on regulation of the Minister of Environment state number 19 year 2012 Environmental control adaptation efforts, community groups and sustainability support and Environmental control mitigation efforts.
