Abstract

Analisis Kinerja Pendamping dan Hubungannya dengan Kinerja Koperasi BMT di Kabupaten Banyuasin Sumatera Selatan Analysis of Companion Performance and It’s Relationship with The Performance Of BMT Cooperative In Banyuasin District South Sumatera Christin Caroline1, Amruzi Minha2, Sriati3 Program Studi Agribisnis, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Sriwijaya Jalan Raya Palembang-Prabumulih Km. 32 Indralaya Ogan Ilir 30622 Abstract This study aims to (1) Determine the Performance of Cooperative Companion Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra.(2) Knowing the Performance of Cooperatives in the Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. (3) Analyzing the Companion's Performance and Its Relationship with the Cooperative Performance of Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. This research was conducted at the BMT Cooperative in Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. The method used in this study is a survey method. The sample of this research is the entire population who are members of the Cooperative as many as 43 people. Data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data.the results of this study indicate that the results of 5 indicators from the measurement of companion performance are at high criteria with an average score of 40,21 and cooperative performance measurements are at high criteria with an average score of 40,53. Spearman rank test calculation results obtained correlation coefficient of companion performance and cooperative performance is 0,643, it means that the two performance variables of the companion performance variable with the correlation performance are positive which means the relationship between the two variebles is unidirectional, where if the companion performance varible increases, the cooperative performance variabel will increase.
