Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of profitability determinant factors on state-owned banks in Indonesia. The sample in this study were four state-owned banks. This study uses secondary data obtained from the documentation in the form of annual financial statements of State-Owned Enterprises listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2007-2016. Data is quantitatively. Methodology using multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing that has been done using the t-test shows that the Capital Adequacy Ratio and Loan Deposit Ratio have a positive and insignificant effect on Return on Assets. Non-Performing Loans and Operational Income Operating income has a negative and significant effect on Return On Assets. Net Interest Margin has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets.
