Abstract

This research analyzes the impact on BI Rate/BI 7 Day Repo Rate, Interbank Call Money (RPUAB), Deposit Rate (RDEP), Cost Credit (RKRDT) and Bank Lending (KRDTG) in Indonesia. We use the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) on Indonesian quarterly data. The time-series data used is quarterly from 2002.1 to 2019.4. The result showed RPUAB, RDEP and RKRDT tend to give a slow response or fixed on the level if RBI has increased. The result showed that interest rate transmission is a benchmark toward bank lending, and the movement of RKRDT and RPUAB in the short term changed credit loans with significantly but, in the long term only RPUAB is related on credit loans.
