Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of investments proxied by the Market Book to Asset Ratio and Funding which are proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio on the value of construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2018. Sampling using a purposive sampling method as many as nine companies. The data used are secondary data, multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that Market to Book Asset Ratio (MBAR) has a significant effect on firm value (TOBIN'Q) and Debt Equity Ratio (DER) has no significant effect on firm value (TOBIN'Q). The implication in this study is company policy in making investment and funding decisions can affect the value of the company
