Abstract

The research samples were taken by using purposive sampling and obtained as much data as 33 banks with the annual data of 11 Sharia banks. in this study the method of analysis used multiple linear regression.The results of this research show that the board of Commissioners, Sharia supervisory Board, the position of Sharia supervisory Board, audit Committee, and audit Committee meetings influence the performance of Maqashid Syariah Index with significance. Keywords: Good Corporate Governance, Board of Commissioners, Sharia supervisory Board, dual position of Sharia supervisory Board, Audit Committee, audit Committee meetings, the performance of Maqashid Syariah.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dewan komisaris, dewan pengawas syariah, rangkap jabatan dewan pengawas syariah, komite audit, dan rapat komite audit terhadap kinerja Maqashid Syariah Index pada bank syariah di indonesia periode 2016-2018. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh data sebanyak 33 bank dengan data pertahunnya sebanyak 11 bank syariah. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dewan komisaris, dewan pengawas syariah, rangkap jabatan dewan pengawas syariah, komite audit, dan rapat komite audit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja Maqashid Syariah Index.. Kata Kunci : Good Corporate Governance, dewan komisaris, dewan pengawas syariah, rangkap jabatan dewan pengawas syariah, komite audit, rapat komite audit , kinerja Maqashid Syariah.
