Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengkaji pengaruh keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Tania Selatan Burnai Timur Ogan Komering Ilir. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah keselamatan dan kesehatan kinerja sebagai variabel independen dan variabel kinerja karyawan sebagai variabel dependen. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dan kuantitatif dengan sampel sebanyak 74 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Data yang diperoleh diuji dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji parsial dan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Data dalam analisis ini diolah dengan menggunakan program statistical for product and service solution (SPSS) versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tania Selatan Burnai Timur Ogan Komering Ilir. The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of occupational safety and health on employees performance at the PT. Tania Selatan Burnai Timur Ogan Komering Ilir. The variable in this research was the occupational safety and health as an independent variable and dependent variable was employees performance. This research is a descriptive and quantitative with sample of 74 people. Method for collecting data using questionnaire. The collected data are tested by validity test, reability test, partial test, and simple linier regression analysis. The data in this analysis were processed using the statistical for product and service solution (SPSS) version 22 program. The result of this research indicated that occupational safety and health have significant effect on employees performance at the PT. Tania Selatan Burnai Timur Ogan Komering Ilir.
