Abstract

Minuman beralkohol merupakan minuman yang mengandung ethanol yang dapat menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana kejahatan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya Kepolisian Resor Kota Palembang dalam penanganan tindak pidana kejahatan yang ditimbulkan akibat minuman beralkohol serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis empiris. Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah bagaimana upaya Kepolisian Resor Kota Palembang dalam penanganan tindak pidana kejahatan yang ditimbulkan akibat minuman beralkohol dan faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi Kepolisian Resor Kota Palembang dalam menangani tindak pidana kejahatan yang ditimbulkan akibat minuman beralkohol. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa upaya Kepolisian Resor Kota Palembang dalam penanganan tindak pidana kejahatan akibat minuman beralkohol terbagi menjadi tiga upaya yaitu upaya pre-emtif, upaya preventif dan upaya represif, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Kepolisian Resor Kota Palembang dalam penanganan tindak pidana kejahatan yang ditimbulkan akibat minuman beralkohol terbagi menjadi faktor penegak hukum, faktor fasilitas dan sarana penegakan hukum, faktor lingkungan dan faktor kebudayaan.
