Abstract

FABSTRACT This study aims to determine teacher and student perceptions of the application of lesson study in Srijaya Negara High School. The method in this study uses quantitative methods. The population of this study amounted to 15 teachers and 71 students with samples in the study amounting to 14 teacher samples and 58 samples of students. The sample was obtained through an error rate of 5% according to Sugiyono's theory (2014: 87). The technique of determining the sample using purposive sampling while for sampling using simple random sampling techniques. This study uses a questionnaire and documentation technique in data collection. The questionnaire technique in this study was closed using a Likert scale, whereas for the documentation data collection technique the researchers used it to obtain general data about the Srijaya Negara High School. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the perceptions of teachers and students towards the application of lesson study in Srijaya Negara High School are positive. This can be evidenced from the average percentage of teachers 'perceptions of the application of lesson studies in Srijaya Negara High School, which is 88%, and the average percentage of students' perceptions of the application of lesson studies in Srijaya Negara High School, which is 83%. This means that teachers and students provide a positive response to the application of lesson study in Srijaya Negara High School.
