Abstract

Employees who have good and optimal performance are assets for agencies in carrying out their daily duties. In determining the employee who deserves a reward is needed an assessment in accordance with the criteria and assessment indicators that have been predetermined. The problem at the moment is that the form of reward is that most of the judgments are still subjective. And also the number of employees and the absence of a suitable appraisal standard in an agency makes it increasingly difficult for leaders to determine which employees deserve the reward. Therefore we need a system to reduce some of the errors above. In this study the method used by the author is the Composite Performance Index (CPI) which can be applied to rank the various alternative criteria that have been determined. The results of this system are expected to help the leadership to determine precisely which employees are entitled to receive rewards based on several aspects of criteria such as file completeness, performance, written tests, scientific articles, exposure to articles, and examples.
