Abstract

Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) has a plant water treatment to manage river water into clean water that can be consumed by the community. In a plant water treatment, there is a flow meter that is used to determine the speed, total mass, and volume of water flowing over some time. In this study, a tool was designed to control the output of a water pump in the form of water flow velocity by controlling the water flow during the distribution of water from the storage tank to the sedimentation tank. The Sugeno fuzzy model is used to adjust the output of the PWM motor at the water pump to keep it stable. Fuzzy produces input parameters in the form of errors and delta errors. To produce an output of water flow from the water pump motor remain stable in the event of a change in water discharge by setting the appropriate setpoint. Changes in water discharge given a disturbance in the form of a degree stop valve angle arrangement produce an input flow that changes with the results of the data obtained by setting the angle 00 can a stable value is 48, while at an angle of 400 the stable value is 40 and the angle 550 can be a stable value is 30, the input flow changes with the greater the degree angle is set, the water speed gets smaller and if the degree angle is set smaller then the speed of the water flow, it becomes greater when it passes through the water flow sensor.
