Abstract

This thesis is titled "Juridical Review of Criminal Acts in Transferring Electronic Documents in the Form of Subscribed Television Broadcasts". The writing of this thesis is based on denying cybercrime cases which are re-broadcasting Related to the discussion discussed in this thesis discussion among others, discussing the need for discussion of electronic documents in the form of television broadcasts, how accountability is followed up by using electronic documents in a form of television broadcast that discusses and discusses the provisions contained in the negotiations in which there is an opening television broadcast. The research method used is a normative legal research method where research is taken through legislation and cases, sources of legal material obtained from secondary data and official documents obtained qualitatively and then conclusions are drawn using the deductive method. From this study it can be concluded that conclusions drawn by electronic documents are regulated inside the Criminal Code and outside the Criminal Code. Sanctions imposed are the principal crimes consisting of imprisonment and imprisonment fines.
