Abstract

This study aimed to test whether number of issuing letters of reprimand, letters of force, and seized a letter to the payment of tax arrears effectively in both KPP Pratama in Palembang. Research methodology in this thesis is to use causal research design, -data publishing STP, SKP KB, SKP KBT, letters of reprimand, forced letter, letter of confiscation and the amount of unpaid taxes from 2006 to 20 I 0. The types of data used are secondary data. Data obtained from KPP Pratama Ilir Palembang Baral and KPP Pratama Palembang Ilir Timur. Data were analyzed by qualitative descriptive analysis method that is related to the issuance of STP, SKPKB, SK.PK.BT, letters of reprimand, letters and letter forcibly seized, and the amount of unpaid taxes. The results showed during the years 2006-2010 the number of publishing a letter of reprimand, letters of forced judged ineffective due to the payment of tax arrears fluctuated number of publications that led to the payment of tax arrears from year to year are unstable and inversely due to the increase or decrease in the issuance of letter of reprimand or letter of forced fluctuates, tax arrears payment does not decline much or much improvement from the previous year. For the percentage of publishing, in KPP Pratama Ilir Palembang West, warning letters have a greater Percentage andforced down to the letter, while for the KPP Pratama Palembang Ilir Timur issuing warning letters tend to rise and the average percentage of letters still greater force than KP P Pratama Palembang Ilir BaraT.
