Abstract

The availability of agricultural labor has declined over the past few decades. The use of hand tractors is still dominated by farmer personnel to regulate and operate hand tractors in the process of processing land, farmers follow the course of hand tractors and adjust the direction of the turns manually by pressing the clutch handle of the right and left steering clutch. These activities can cause fatigue and pain in the musculoskeletal system and will cause a disorder called musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). Unmanned tractor operation is an effort to reduce MSDs interference or fatigue to the operator. Testing of the performance of smartphone control hand tractors has been carried out in several stages. The greatest deviation occurred in the straight wireless road test which is 38 cm from the baseline to the left.
