Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Kepala Desa G2. Dwijaya dalam membangun masyarakat bersih narkoba untuk mewujudkan Good Citizenship, penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif sehingga yang menjadi situasi sosial dalam penelitian ini adalah “Peran Kepala desa dalam membangun masyarakat bersih narkoba” dengan rincian Desa G2. Dwijaya sebagai tempat yang diteliti, Kepala Desa sebagai pelaku, dan peran kepala desa dalam membangun masyarakat bersih narkoba sebagai aktivitas yang diteliti. Sampel yang diperoleh menggunakan snowball sampling dengan jumlah informan tujuh orang yaitu warga desa dari tiap dusun. Uji keabsahan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji credibility, uji transferability, dan uji confirmability. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi dapat diketahui peran kepala desa dalam mendukung program masyarakat bersih narkoba di Desa Dwijaya ada tiga yaitu pertama, kepala desa sebagai demonstator mengadakan sosialisasi bahaya narkoba diberbagai acara kemasyarakatan kedua ,kepala desa sebagai manajer mengatur sistem kerja program masyarakat bersih narkoba selanjutnya ketiga, kepala desa berperan sebagai mediator menjadi perantara dalam hubungan kerja tim dengan masyarakat. Dwijaya This study aims to knows the role of Village-Owned, this study uses descriptive method with a qualitative approach so that the social situation in this study is "the role of Village-Owned Enterprises G2. Dwijaya Musi Rawas Regency in constructing net drugs society to realize Good Citizenship " with details of Dwijaya Village as the place under study, head of village as the actors, and the role of Village-Owned as the activity under study. The sample obtained using snowball sampling with the total of informants are two people, namely the Head of the Village, the secretary of Village and societies of Village. The validity test conducted in this study is the credibility test, transferability test, and confirmability test. Data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews, and observation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Based on the results of documentation data analysis, interviews, and observations can be knows there are six the role of Head Village first, head of village as demonstator hold socialization about drugs, second head of village as manager organize work system programme, an the last third, head of village as mediator connection work team.
