Abstract

Oil palm plantations are in great need of large tracts of land and are both aimed at quality that will produce the desired level of production of an oil palm plantation. The condition of oil palm plantations is very important to be considered starting from the genetic potential of plants, the environment and management of plantation cultivation to produce superior palm products and in accordance with management standards. In this study, using a Decision Support System with Weighted Product (WP) Method to calculate alternative land in the company PT.PP.London Sumtra Indonesia Tbk. The criteria used in determining the best soil condition are tanha acidity, soil type, soil texture, temperature and rainfall. The final result of this system will be in the form of a website for a Decision Support System to determine the best condition of land, which will finally produce a ranking of the best alternatives.
