Abstract

The objectives of this research are: (1) Measuring the role of Agriculture Equipment and Machinery Service Business (UPJA), in Tanjung Jati Village, Muara Enim Regency. (2) Measuring the socio-economic level of rice farmers after the UPJA in Tanjung Jati Village, Muara Enim Regency. And (3) Analyzing the correlation between the role of Agriculture Equipment and Machinery Service Business (UPJA), and the socio-economic level of rice farmers in Tanjung Jati Village, Muara Enim Regency. The results showed that the role Agriculture Equipment and Machinery Service Business (UPJA) in Tanjung Jati Village, Muara Enim Regency was at a high criterion. The level of economic conditions of rice farmers in Tanjung Jati Village, Muara Enim Regency is in the medium criteria. There is no relationship between the role of Agriculture Equipment and Machinery Service Business (UPJA), with the level of socio-economic conditions of rice farmers in Tanjung Jati Village, Muara Enim Regency.
