Abstract

This study aims to describe the self-efficacy profile of students who experience burn out learning in Sriguna High School Palembang. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive methods. The selection of subjects in this study uses a purposive sampling technique that is the selection of samples selected with certain criteria, namely 182 people. Data collection was performed using a self-efficacy scale and learning burn-out scale. Data analysis was performed using percentage descriptive techniques. The results of this study indicate that the self-efficacy of class XI students in Palembang Sriguna High School there were 32 students (17.6%) included in the high self-efficacy category, 115 students (63.2%) were included in the category of moderate self-efficacy, and 35 students (19.2%) included in the category of low self-efficacy and the learning burn out known that there were 20 students (11%) included in the high burn out category 137 students (75.2%) included in the categorization of moderate burnout and 25 students (13.8%) were included in the low burn out category. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that students' self-efficacy and learning burn-out are in the moderate category.
