Abstract

Vison manipulator robot is a robot that uses a camera as a sensor to recognize its environment in order to produce images of certain objects. This manipulator robot is a non-mobile robot in which this type of robot can only make movements on several parts of its body only with functions that have been designed. Industrial technology has an increase in the quality of work and effectiveness to achieve optimal results, one such technology is a sorting machine to sort out the main production results with defects. Therefore, this research was carried out by designing and implementing a vision manipulator robot that was designed using a weight sensor and a webcame camera as an input to the sorter machine based on the physical size of domestic chicken eggs using Sugeno fuzzy logic method to control movement and decision making to predict egg size. From the results of this study it was found that the implementation of fuzzy logic in the sorting robot works as it functions.
