Abstract

PT Sumber Gunung Maju's production target is 2,500 m3 per day. The drilling target is 200 m / day. Boulder size is ≥60 cm with a percentage of boulder <30%. Unreachable drilling targets and andesite production per day, obstacles to drilling performance, and shovel-dump truck systems, boulder fragmentation still exceeds the specified percentage behind this study. The purpose of this study is to analyze various factors that affect drilling and blasting performance and shovel-dump trucks. The drill tool productivity is 270.29 BCM / hour, the middle west fleet is able to meet the drilling target with an achievement of 102%, the working efficiency (EK) of the drill tool is an average of 57.03%. Parameters that affect drilling are CT, drilling speed, equivalent volume, achievement of production targets, and work efficiency. The percentage of boulder is 7.57%. Factors affecting blasting found that the size of the stemming material affected the percentage of fragmentation distribution in the peak western fleet. The average productivity of excavators is 45.01 BCM / hour, productivity of dump trucks is 13.10 BCM / hour, with MF 0.7 and EK excavators is 70.15% and dump trucks is 69.38% causing production achievement is only 92 10%. The percentage of fragmentation distribution affects the performance of shovel-dump trucks. The size of the CT excavator is due to loading difficulties, waiting for dump trucks, and the selection of excavated materials when loading. In EK, the digging tool still contains loss time such as delay in operation, rest and stop work faster, front maintenance, and refueling. The magnitude of the CT of the conveyance is affected by waiting for the loading turn, hauling distance and operator requirements.
